My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit small for two queen beds. The service was very friendly, although there were some issues. It could have been a bit more special if there was a sofa. The service was excellent, with the staff immediately addressing any concerns and being very accommodating and warm. The location was good, just a few minutes away from downtown Saugatuck, which was very convenient for all the activities I had planned. The dining experience was decent, although it could have been a bit better. The facilities were well-kept, especially the pool.
